By accessing or using TimeBomb ("the Service"), operated by Aravind Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use TimeBomb. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You are solely responsible for the content you write and seal within TimeBomb. The Service stores your letter content in encrypted form using AES-256-GCM encryption. TimeBomb does not read, share, analyse, or otherwise access the content of your sealed letters.
Letters are stored as-is and delivered at the specified unlock date without modification, editorial review, or censorship, except as required by applicable law.
Once a letter is sealed, it cannot be edited, modified, or deleted before its designated unlock date, except in the event that you request complete account deletion. This is a core feature of the Service and by sealing a letter, you expressly acknowledge and accept this restriction.
TimeBomb is not responsible for the emotional impact, consequences, or interpretation of sealed letters once they are revealed at the unlock date.
TimeBomb offers a one-time payment for lifetime access to the letter-writing service. "Lifetime Access" means access to the TimeBomb platform for as long as the service remains operational, with a minimum guaranteed period of 10 years from the date of your purchase. In the unlikely event that TimeBomb ceases operations, we will provide a minimum of 90 days advance notice to all registered users. During this notice period, users will be able to export and download all their sealed and unsealed letters. TimeBomb commits to maintaining the service for a minimum of 10 years from the date of public launch (March 2026).
Due to the nature of this digital service — where access is granted instantly and in full upon payment — all payments are final and non-refundable. No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
As this is a one-time payment (not a subscription), there is no recurring charge and therefore no cancellation process. Once paid, your lifetime access remains active for as long as the service remains operational, with a minimum guaranteed period of 10 years.
All payments are securely processed by Razorpay, a licensed payment aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). TimeBomb does not store your payment card details. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service.
If you believe a payment was made in error or was unauthorized, please contact us at aravind@replx.in within 48 hours of the transaction. We will investigate and respond within 7 business days. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in account suspension.
TimeBomb reserves the right to remove or refuse to store content that violates applicable laws, including but not limited to content that:
Because letter content is encrypted, such action can only be taken upon receiving a valid legal order from a competent authority.
The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
TimeBomb does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the Service and preserve your sealed letters, but cannot guarantee absolute data preservation over extended periods.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aravind Labs and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, emotional distress, or any damages resulting from the content of sealed letters.
In no event shall the total liability of TimeBomb exceed the amount paid by you for access to the Service.
You may request complete account deletion, including all sealed letters, by contacting us at aravind@replx.in. Upon verification of your identity, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
TimeBomb reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service. Continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
