TimeBomb ("we", "our", "the Service") is a digital platform that allows users to write time-locked letters. Access to the letter-writing feature is granted through a one-time lifetime payment. This policy governs all payments made on the platform.
All payments made to TimeBomb are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
Upon completing your one-time payment, you are granted immediate and unlimited access to all features of the TimeBomb platform. "Lifetime Access" means access for as long as the service remains operational, with a minimum guaranteed period of 10 years from the date of your purchase. In the unlikely event that TimeBomb ceases operations, we will provide a minimum of 90 days advance notice to all registered users, during which users will be able to export and download all their sealed and unsealed letters. Because the digital service is delivered instantly and in full at the time of purchase, we are unable to offer refunds, partial refunds, exchanges, or account credits.

By completing your payment, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you have received immediate access to the digital service and waive any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period that may otherwise apply.
TimeBomb operates on a one-time payment model, not a subscription. There are no recurring charges, automatic renewals, or billing cycles. As such, there is no cancellation process — your lifetime access remains active for as long as the service remains operational, with a minimum guaranteed period of 10 years from the date of payment.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a payment aggregator licensed and regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). TimeBomb does not collect, store, or have access to your payment card details, bank account information, or UPI credentials. All sensitive payment data is handled entirely by Razorpay in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

We will investigate the matter and respond within 7 business days. Legitimate cases of unauthorized transactions will be resolved in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
We encourage users to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or card issuer. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication with TimeBomb may result in immediate suspension of the associated account and forfeiture of all stored letters. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback that we believe to be illegitimate.
In the unlikely event of a prolonged, unplanned service outage exceeding 30 consecutive days that renders the platform entirely unusable, affected paid users may request a review of their case by contacting us. Any resolution will be at our sole discretion and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
